The ideal candidate has 10+ years in global logistics with leadership experience, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in global logistics and supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex international supply chains.
• Deep understanding of international trade, customs, and compliance regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management experience.
• Proficiency in global logistics software and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote and multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement comprehensive global logistics strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee international transportation, including ocean, air, and land freight.
• Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations, customs laws, and import/export requirements.
• Manage and optimize global warehousing and distribution networks.
• Lead and mentor a global team of logistics professionals.
• Negotiate contracts with carriers, 3PL providers, and other logistics partners.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across the global supply chain.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for global logistics operations.
• Manage logistics budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Mitigate risks and develop contingency plans for potential supply chain disruptions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of logistics operations.
