Amazon is seeking a Learning Delivery Manager, based in Bogotá (remote), to lead end-to-end training delivery for Customer Service Associates across multiple languages. You’ll manage a team of 8-12 Trainers, shaping strategy, ensuring scalable programs, and driving quality through data.

• 5+ years of managing teams
• Knowledge of adult learning principles
• Experience with end-to-end training programs
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese

Responsabilidades

• Set training strategy for language hubs and onboarding programs.
• Lead delivery of training programs, coach trainers, ensure content stays current.
• Manage trainer resources across languages and schedules.
• Collaborate with operations, workforce planning, quality, and design teams.
• Use dashboards to track quality, productivity, and learner sentiment to drive decisions.
• Identify risks and drive process improvements, including AI-enabled tools.
