Amazon is seeking a Learning Manager to build and run a high-quality training program for associates and managers at the Distribution Center. You will lead a team of trainers, partner with process engineers and operations, and ensure learning plans align with customer focus and operational goals.

You will audit training quality, recruit instructors, and drive improvements through metrics and cross-training strategies. English communication and collaboration with global teams are essential.

Formación

• 1+ years of program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or related field experience.
• Experience collaborating with global and local stakeholders.
• Experience in oral and written communication in English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• - Develop training plans that minimize operational disruption while ensuring high-quality training delivery
• - Audit training/coaching quality and implement corrective actions when necessary
• - Plan and execute the recruitment and development of top-performing instructors
• - Ensure positive and effective collaboration between the learning team and other stakeholders
• - Manage a team of Trainers and support their professional development
• - Analyze and interpret metrics to identify areas for improvement
• - Provide training to the learning team on changes to learning materials/processes
• - Develop planning and capacity calculations for new hire training
• - Support the leadership team with reporting on AA distribution according to training plans and cross-training strategies across processes
