AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to design and scale a platform used by enterprise procurement teams. This role blends frontend and backend ownership, working across React and Ruby on Rails to turn wireframes into production features.

You'll collaborate closely with product, data science, and design to solve complex problems as part of a growing engineering team, participate in on-call rotations, and help drive efficiency with best practices.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience building web applications using Rails, Entity, Spring, or a similar MVC framework.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL / RDS).
• 3+ years of experience using HTML and CSS.
• 3+ years of experience taking wireframes or mockups and converting them into clean and functional features.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and a proactive approach to driving team success and achieving organizational goals. Leadership ambitions are a plus.
• Experience using Git for source control with GitHub.

Responsabilidades

• Drive innovation and build scalable solutions.
• Work with Product Management and Staff Tech Leads to estimate and commit.
• Implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize the development process and increase efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
