AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to help design and scale a platform used by enterprise procurement teams. This role blends frontend and backend ownership across React and Ruby on Rails to turn wireframes into production features.

You'll collaborate with product, data science, and design to solve complex, ambiguous problems as part of a growing engineering team. You will work across a modern stack, apply best practices, and participate in an on-call rotation to keep systems

Formación

• 3+ years of experience building web applications using MVC frameworks (Rails, Entity, Spring or similar).
• 3+ years of experience with SQL databases (Postgres, RDS).
• 3+ years of experience with HTML and CSS.
• 3+ years of experience turning wireframes into production features.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership potential.
• Experience with Git and GitHub.
• Experience in fast-moving environments with on-call rotations and SLAs/SLOs/RPOs/RTOs.

Responsabilidades

• Drive innovation and build scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Staff Tech Leads to estimate and commit.
• Implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize development process and increase efficiency.
• Communicate updates on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
