AgileEngine is seeking a skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to help design and scale a platform used by enterprise procurement teams. You will work across React and Ruby on Rails to translate wireframes into production features, collaborating with product, data science, and design.

We value 3+ years of web app experience, strong SQL skills, HTML/CSS, and the ability to turn wireframes into clean features.

Formación

• 3+ years building web applications with Rails, Entity, Spring, or similar MVC frameworks.
• 3+ years of SQL database experience, ideally PostgreSQL and RDS.
• 3+ years of HTML/CSS experience and UI styling.
• 3+ years converting wireframes into production features.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and changing requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership potential.
• Performance-oriented mindset for client/server optimization.
• Experience with Git/GitHub for source control.
• Experience in fast-moving environments with on-call rotations and SLAs/SLOs/RPOs/RTOs.

Responsabilidades

• Drive innovation and build scalable solutions for enterprise procurement platform.
• Collaborate with Product, data science, and design across frontend and backend.
• Estimate and commit with Product Management and Staff Tech Leads.
• Implement best practices, methodologies, and tooling to improve development efficiency.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and incident response.
