AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to design and scale a platform used by enterprise procurement teams. The role blends frontend and backend ownership across React and Ruby on Rails to turn wireframes into production features.

You will collaborate with product, data science, and design to solve complex problems in a growing engineering team. We value 3+ years of experience across MVC frameworks, SQL databases, and HTML/CSS, plus the ability to translate wireframes into

Formación

• 3+ years building web apps with Rails, Entity, Spring or similar MVC.
• 3+ years SQL databases experience, ideally Postgres or RDS.
• 3+ years HTML/CSS experience and UI styling.
• 3+ years turning wireframes into production features.
• Experience with agile development.
• Strong communication, leadership potential, and proactive team contributor.

Responsabilidades

• Drive innovation and build scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Staff Tech Leads to estimate and commit.
• Apply best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize the development process.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues with stakeholders.
