AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to design and scale a platform used by enterprise procurement teams. This role blends frontend and backend ownership across React and Ruby on Rails to turn wireframes into production features.

You will collaborate with product, data science, and design to solve complex, ambiguous problems as part of a growing engineering team. Expect to work in a fast-paced environment with on-call rotations and documented SLAs.

Formación

• 3+ years building web apps with Rails, Entity, Spring, or similar MVC.
• 3+ years of SQL databases experience, preferably Postgres.
• 3+ years HTML/CSS, styling for the web.
• 3+ years converting wireframes into features.
• Experience with agile development and changing requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and proactive teamwork mindset; leadership a plus.
• GitHub for source control; on-call rotations with SLAs/SLOs.

Responsabilidades

• Drive innovation and build scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Design to turn wireframes into features.
• Estimate and commit with Product Management and Staff Tech Leads.
• Adopt best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize development and efficiency.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
