AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to help design and scale a platform used by enterprise procurement teams.

The role spans frontend and backend with React and Ruby on Rails, turning wireframes into production features and collaborating with product, data science, and design. The candidate should have 3+ years of experience with web apps, SQL databases, and HTML/CSS, plus experience turning wireframes into features and working in agile teams.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience building web applications using Rails, Entity, Spring, or a similar MVC framework.
• 3+ years of experience working with SQL databases, ideally PostgreSQL and RDS.
• 3+ years of experience using HTML and CSS and styling for the web.
• 3+ years of experience taking wireframes or mockups into features.
• Experience with agile development and adapting to changing requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills, strategic mindset, and leadership potential.
• Performance mindset for client/server efficiency.
• Experience using Git for source control with GitHub.
• Experience in fast-moving environments with on-call rotations and documented SLAs/SLOs/RPOs/RTOs.

Responsabilidades

• Drive innovation and build scalable solutions.
• Work with Product Management and Staff Tech Leads to estimate and commit.
• Implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize development and increase efficiency.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including senior leadership, on project status, risks, and issues.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
