Qualifications

• 2+ years QA, marketing operations, or digital campaign review.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and campaign QA workflows.
• Strong analytical eye for data, copy, and configuration.
• Understanding of audience segmentation and suppression requirements.
• Methodical, process-oriented with checklist discipline.
• Clear communicator to describe defects and elevate risks.

Responsibilities

• Review outbound campaigns pre-deploy for content, lines, personalization, and dynamic elements.
• Verify audience targeting, segmentation, and suppression lists against specs.
• Validate data rendering of merge tags and personalization for correct audiences.
• Check links, UTM, and redirect destinations for accuracy.
• Validate platform configuration: send settings, throttling, scheduling, from details.
• Ensure campaigns meet brand, legal, and messaging standards.
• Log defects and communicate findings to Development.
• Own QA sign-off gates in deployment workflow.
• Review post-launch quality issues and feed back into QA.
• Maintain QA docs, checklists, testing standards.
