• 2+ years of QA, marketing operations, or digital campaign review.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and campaign QA workflows.
• Strong analytical eye to catch discrepancies in data, copy, and configuration.
• Understanding of audience segmentation, targeting logic, and suppression requirements.
• Methodical, process-oriented approach with checklists and standards.
• Clear communicator able to describe defects and accelerate risks.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate all outbound campaigns prior to deployment - including email content, subject lines, personalization, and dynamic elements.
• Verify audience targeting logic, segmentation, and suppression lists against campaign specifications.
• Confirm data integrity: ensure merge tags, personalization fields, and offer content render correctly for the right audiences.
• Check all links, UTM parameters, and redirect destinations for accuracy.
• Validate platform configuration - send settings, throttling, scheduling, from name/address - against specs.
• Assess campaigns against brand standards, legal and compliance requirements, and messaging strategy.
• Log and track defects in the QA system; communicate findings to Development for resolution.
• Own QA sign-off gates in deployment workflow - campaigns do not deploy without QA clearance.
• Review post-launch quality issues and feed findings back into QA frameworks and checklists.
• Maintain and improve QA documentation, checklists, and testing standards.
• At year end, success means defect rates on deployed campaigns stay below 2%, QA reviews complete within SLA.
