AgileEngine is seeking an Email Marketing QA Analyst in Querétaro, Mexico, to review and validate outbound campaigns before deployment, including content, personalization, and platform setup.

The role requires 2+ years in QA or marketing operations, familiarity with email marketing platforms, and an upper-intermediate English level. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and brand compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in QA, marketing operations, or digital campaign review.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and campaign QA workflows.
• Strong analytical eye to catch discrepancies in data, copy, and configuration.
• Understanding of audience segmentation, targeting logic, and suppression requirements.
• Methodical, process-oriented approach; comfortable with checklists and standards.
• Clear communicator able to describe defects precisely and accelerate risks.

Responsabilités

• Review and validate outbound campaigns before deployment, including content, subject lines, personalization, and dynamic elements.
• Verify audience targeting logic, segmentation, and suppression lists against campaign specs.
• Confirm data integrity: ensure merge tags and personalization render correctly for the right audiences.
• Check all links, UTM parameters, and redirect destinations for accuracy.
• Validate platform configuration: send settings, throttling, scheduling, from name/address against specs.
• Assess campaigns against brand standards, legal/compliance, and messaging strategy.
• Log and track defects in the QA system; communicate findings to Development for resolution.
• Own QA sign-off gates in the deployment workflow; campaigns do not deploy without QA clearance.
• Review post-launch quality issues and feed findings back into QA frameworks and checklists.
• Maintain and improve QA documentation and testing standards over time.
• End of year success: defect rates below 2%, QA reviews within SLA.
