The role requires experience with email marketing platforms and QA workflows, 2+ years in QA or marketing ops, understanding of segmentation and suppression lists, and an upper-intermediate level of English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in QA, marketing operations, or digital campaign review.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and campaign QA workflows.
• Strong analytical eye for data, copy, and configuration discrepancies.
• Understanding of audience segmentation, targeting logic, and suppression requirements.
• Methodical, process-oriented approach; comfortable using checklists and standards.
• Clear communicator capable of describing defects and risks precisely.

Responsibilities

• Review outbound campaigns prior to deployment: content, subject lines, personalization, and dynamic elements.
• Verify audience targeting logic, segmentation, and suppression lists.
• Validate data: merge tags, personalization fields, and offer content rendering for correct audiences.
• Check links, UTM parameters, and redirect destinations for accuracy.
• Validate platform configuration: send settings, throttling, scheduling, and from name/address.
• Assess campaigns against brand, legal, and messaging strategy.
• Log and track defects in QA system; communicate findings to Development.
• Own QA sign-off gates in deployment workflow; campaigns do not deploy without QA clearance.
• Review post-launch quality issues and feed findings back into QA frameworks.
• Maintain QA documentation, checklists, and testing standards over time.
• Year-end success: defects under 2%, QA reviews within SLA, logs clear for Dev.
