Qualifications

• 2+ years in QA, marketing operations, or digital campaign review.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign QA workflows.
• Understanding of audience segmentation and suppression requirements.
• Methodical, checklist-driven with strong data/copy/configuration spotting.

Responsibilities

• Review outbound campaigns before deployment, including content, subject lines, personalization.
• Verify audience targeting logic, segmentation, and suppression lists.
• Validate merge tags and personalization render correctly for audiences.
• Check links, UTM params, and redirects for accuracy.
• Validate platform configuration, send settings, throttling, scheduling, and from details.
• Ensure campaigns align with brand, legal, and messaging strategy.
• Log defects and communicate findings to Development for resolution.
• Own QA sign-off gates in deployment workflow.
• Review post-launch issues and update QA frameworks.
• Maintain QA docs, checklists, standards.
• Year-end metrics: keep defect rates below 2% and SLAs.
