Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Fire Protection Sales Specialist for Guadalajara to profitably grow the fire protection market share in the region. You will develop annual plans, manage contractor and engineer relationships, and drive a value-added sales approach across the Victaulic product line.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and willingness to travel as needed, with a focus on building long-term customer partnerships through Distributor Strategy Sessions and field

Qualifications

• Willing to travel overnight as required by the position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a yearly business plan to achieve market, product, and profitability goals.
• Manage contractor and engineer/owner relationships and track progress monthly.
• Design and execute a value-added strategy to sell the complete Victaulic product line.
• Coordinate with distribution and pricing to maximize account development.
• Report activities, market information, and new ideas to management.
