Victaulic de Mexico S DE R.L. DE C.V. seeks a Fire Protection Sales Specialist in Guadalajara to grow market share by selling the full Victaulic line to owners, engineers, and contractors.

You will develop yearly plans, manage contractor and engineer relationships, coordinate with distributors, and drive value-added sales while complying with pricing strategies and reporting progress monthly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience selling value-added products/services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel overnight as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a yearly business plan to achieve market, product, and profitability goals.
• Manage a territory project opportunity matrix and contractor/engineer relations, reporting monthly.
• Develop relationships with owners, engineers, and decision-makers to sell Victaulic products.
• Coordinate with distributors and align pricing strategy with local management.
