Job summary

Bamboo Works seeks a Financial Analyst - Accounting & Advisory to support financial reporting, analysis, and research across multiple client accounts in a fully remote role. You’ll prepare P&Ls, balance sheets, cash flows, and monthly packs, translating numbers into clear insights for senior advisers.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in financial analysis or FP&A, strong accounting knowledge, and the ability to work independently across industries.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, or management reporting.
• Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Strong understanding of P&Ls, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain P&Ls, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and reports across multiple client accounts.
• Create recurring monthly financial and management reporting packs using templates and processes.
• Analyze financial performance and identify trends, discrepancies, and areas needing attention.
