Black Dragon Capital LLC is seeking an FP&A Analyst for One Dragon Services, fully remote. The role focuses on forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis to drive performance across portfolio companies.

You will work with GAAP-compliant reporting, build robust financial models, and prepare insights for leadership. A fast-paced private equity setting offers broad exposure and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and experience with financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong financial modeling, Excel and data analysis skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to portfolio companies on financial standards and practices.
• Develop, maintain, and improve financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and executive presentations.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and dashboards for strategic decisions.
• Monitor KPIs and highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly re-forecasting.
• Assist with audit preparations and board materials.
