Our Client, a leading US insurer, is seeking an Accounting Analyst I to support Corporate Accounting and Accounts Payable. This is an entry‑level role ideal for someone eager to learn and grow within a dynamic financial organization.

You will assist with journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and reporting, collaborating with onshore teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information. Strong attention to detail and proactiveness are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Experience with Journal Entries, Accruals, Account Reconciliations, Financial Reporting, Variance Analysis.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and post journal entries and monthly accruals.
• Perform balance sheet and general ledger account reconciliations.
• Analyze financial records and assist with financial reporting activities.
• Support month-end close processes and variance analysis.
• Prepare management, operational, and regulatory reports.
• Review invoices for compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate and resolve payment-related issues.
• Respond to supplier and employee inquiries related to invoices and payments.
• Prepare operational metrics and reporting.
• Participate in testing activities and special projects.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives.
