Formación

• 5+ years of experience in executive operations or similar roles in a high-expectation environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality control.
• Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience creating and formatting executive-ready presentations in Google Slides and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on mindset with bias toward action.
• Excellent organization and time-management across multiple time zones.
• Discretion and professionalism handling confidential information.
• Experience or interest in marketing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Produce executive-ready client materials in Google Slides and written communications.
• Coordinate inputs across cross-functional teams and track dependencies.
• Review and quality-check deliverables for accuracy and brand consistency.
• Maintain shared files, templates, and meeting notes for quick access.
• Support execution by managing rhythms, meeting prep, agendas, and follow-through.
