    • Build predictive analytics models to forecast performance dips, team output gaps, and resource inefficiencies.
    • Enforce data-driven decision-making at the executive level by translating raw data into strategic insights.
  2. Executive-Level Productivity Auditing
    • Lead audits across departments (Legal, Marketing, Ops, HR) to assess alignment between workload, tools, and output.
    • Identify systemic bottlenecks and implement solutions that elevate throughput and eliminate waste.
    • Establish a firm-wide productivity framework with real-time KPI dashboards.
  3. Operational Architecture & Optimization
    • Design and enforce SOPs that support scalable workflows, automation integration, and measurable outcomes.
    • Collaborate with the Automation and Tech team to build systems that eliminate manual redundancies and enhance execution speed.
  4. Cross-Functional Accountability
    • Align department leaders around shared KPIs and enforce a culture of operational ownership.
    • Facilitate monthly performance reviews with team leads and department heads to drive accountability and realignment.
  5. Reporting & Executive Communication
