Trolley is seeking a hands-on Production Events Lead to own events, marketing initiatives and client relationships within a fast-growing remote team. You will drive projects from kickoff to launch, align internal and external stakeholders, and support the Production Lead with execution when needed.

You report to the Project Manager and the Production Lead, collaborating with the Junior Project Manager and Marketing Coordinator to ensure on-time delivery and measurable impact across campaigns,

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple projects and managing clients or partners.
• Hands-on execution: draft updates, build trackers, and prepare reports.

Responsabilités

• Lead events, podcasts, fellowships and community programs from planning to follow-up.
• Drive marketing and content initiatives with the Marketing Coordinator.
• Manage projects and partnerships with clear owners, timelines and success metrics.
• Lead meetings with clients, partners and vendors; keep scope and expectations aligned.
• Coordinate across production, creative, operations and community to surface risks early.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards and CRM records for visibility to the team and leadership.
• Implement AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual reporting and planning work.
