Job summary

Trolley is seeking a hands-on Production Coordinator to lead events, marketing initiatives and client relationships within the Production team. You own work from kickoff to launch, keep clients, partners and internal teams aligned, and step into execution when hands are needed.

Reporting to the Project Manager and Production Lead, you’ll collaborate with the Junior Project Manager and Marketing Coordinator, and you’ll implement AI-enabled workflows to streamline reporting and reduce manual work.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple projects and managing clients or partners.
• Hands-on execution: draft updates, build trackers, and prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead events, podcasts, fellowships and community programs from vendors to post-event follow-up.
• Drive marketing and content initiatives with the Marketing Coordinator on campaigns, launches and promos.
• Manage projects and partnerships from plan to launch with clear owners, timelines and metrics.
• Lead meetings with clients, partners and vendors to align scope and expectations.
• Ensure alignment across production, creative, operations and community with early risk signaling.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards and CRM records for visibility to team and leadership.
• Introduce AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual work in reporting and planning.
