Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of immigration law/removal defense experience.
• Experience with EOIR's ECAS portal and Immigration Court filing procedures.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage removal defense cases from intake through final adjudication.
• Prepare attorney-reviewed drafts of immigration documents.
• Maintain accurate case records and monitor deadlines.
