Horizon Premier Staffing has partnered with a U.S.-based immigration law firm to hire a remote Business Immigration Paralegal / Legal Assistant. The role supports U.S. attorneys with USCIS and consular filings.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with DS-160/DS-260, I-129/I-140, O-1, EB-1 and EB-2 petitions, and excellent English. This is a fully remote, full-time position offering professional growth in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with a U.S. immigration firm required.
• Experience preparing USCIS forms and employment-based petitions.
• Knowledge of DS-160, DS-260, I-129, I-140, O-1, EB-1, EB-2.
• Proficient in English (C1/C2) and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, draft, and review immigration forms and docs for USCIS, EOIR, and consular processing.
• Assist with petitions and applications (DS-160, DS-260, I-129, I-140, O-1, EB-1, EB-2).
• Communicate with clients to collect documentation and case information.
• Schedule client appointments, interviews, and hearings.
• Organize case files and monitor deadlines in case management systems.
• Provide admin and paralegal support to attorneys.
