You will collaborate with HR leaders and legal counsel to ensure compliance with Mexican labor regulations and foster positive employee relations while working remotely from anywhere in Mexico.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• Understanding of Mexican labor law and employee relations.
• Remote work readiness and collaboration with HR and legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and apply Mexican labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and policies.
• Support resolution of employee grievances and disputes.
• Research labor law developments and provide updates to HR.
• Prepare documentation for legal proceedings or consultations.
• Maintain accurate records of employee relations issues and resolutions.
• Collaborate with HR business partners to ensure consistent policy application.
• Participate in negotiation and administration of collective bargaining agreements as needed.
• Develop and deliver training on labor law and employee relations.
• Monitor workplace trends and identify concerns or opportunities.
• Ensure confidentiality in all employee relations activities.
