• Ability to work remotely with discretion.

• Assist in administration of collective bargaining agreements and individual employment contracts.
• Support investigation and resolution of employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain records related to employee relations, legal compliance, and union activities.
• Help prepare documentation for labor arbitrations, mediations, and legal proceedings.
• Communicate labor relations policies to employees and management.
• Monitor workplace safety and health regulations compliance.
