ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist to join a remote-first team working with ElevenAgents, our enterprise AI platform. You will synthesize customer workflows, identify key AI transformation opportunities, and drive end-to-end deals with GTM partners.

You’ll embed with strategic customers, align product needs with business outcomes, and help scale AI adoption across industries. You’ll collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers and GTM teams, run on-site engagements, and deliver

Formación

• 3+ years of experience with customers in a technical capacity.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct for deal conversations, structuring value propositions, and enterprise sales cycles.
• Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration to prototype and demo.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Proven track record of ownership of complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results.
• Adaptability to work across different customer environments, industries, and use cases.
• Technical familiarity with common LLM tooling and AI agent frameworks.
• Ability to map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and identify pain points in customer-facing and operational workflows.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end—from use case to terms and closure.
• Embed yourself with strategic customers, spend time onsite, and own delivery outcomes.
• Identify high-impact use cases through close engagement with customer problems and workflows.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to bring use cases to life.
• Guide customers on best practices for deploying our products, including agent design and orchestration.
• Scope out applications in new industries and expand AI solutions globally.
• Present results and proposals to technical teams and executives.
• Collaborate with Research to feed field insights back into the platform and models.
• Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents to customers.
• Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams to ensure production deployment and measurable business outcomes.
