Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an Email Developer to design and deploy HTML email templates for enterprise loyalty campaigns. You will build modular components, ensure accurate rendering across devices and clients, and implement dynamic content and personalization aligned with campaign strategy.

You will test campaigns with Litmus/Email on Acid, own deployments in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and collaborate with Campaign Managers and content partners to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in email development or digital campaigns
• HTML/CSS for email with cross-client rendering
• Experience with an enterprise campaign platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)
• Knowledge of journey orchestration and automated flows
• Familiar with event-based triggers, lifecycle programs, re-engagement flows
• Understanding of A/B and MVT testing; test plan execution
• Audience segmentation and data-driven personalization
• Attention to detail and QA readiness
• Clear communicator and proactive in flagging issues
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HTML/CSS email templates with consistent rendering across devices and clients
• Build reusable components and adapt templates to campaign requirements
• Test email rendering using Litmus or Email on Acid
• Deploy outbound campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms
• Configure journey logic, segmentation, targeting rules, and suppression lists
• Implement dynamic content and personalization tokens
• Own final deployment and ensure on-time delivery
• Run A/B and multivariate test configurations
• Coordinate asset handoffs with Campaign Managers and content partners
• Document best practices and maintain build standards within Development pillar
• Follow governance guidelines established by Campaign Management
