Qualifications

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, online store management, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
• Strong understanding of order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Process and manage online orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly via email, chat, or phone.
• Update product listings, descriptions, and pricing on the website.
