Job summary

Nypro Dr is seeking a proactive Digital Logistics Coordinator for a fully remote role in Mexico. You will optimize digital platforms for supply chain visibility, coordinate logistics with digital tools, and ensure data integrity across platforms.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in logistics with strong tech experience, proficiency in WMS/TMS, and solid data analysis skills using Excel/Tableau. Remote collaboration across time zones is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain with focus on technology and digital tools.
• Proficiency with logistics software, TMS, WMS, and other supply chain technologies.
• Excellent understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Excel/Tableau or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time in a remote setting.
• Experience with project management is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work remotely within Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and carriers to ensure service levels.
• Monitor shipments and proactively address delays to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and minimize discrepancies.
• Process shipping documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners effectively.
• Assist in implementing and optimizing logistics software and processes.
• Generate regular reports on KPIs.
