FH Collective Academy seeks a Sales Patient Coordinator to manage high-value dental cases and guide international patients through the booking journey. This 100% remote, full-time contractor role offers USD 800–1,100 per month, plus commissions and performance bonuses, with weekend and flexible scheduling across LATAM, APAC, and EU markets.

Responsibilities include converting leads, managing long sales cycles, handling objections about price, travel and clinic credibility, and maintaining CRM

Formación

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Proven experience closing high-value deals ($3,000+).
• Experience with long-cycle B2C sales.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot.

Responsabilidades

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified, confirmed bookings.
• Manage long sales cycles with structured and consistent follow-ups.
• Handle objections related to price, travel, treatment, and clinic credibility.
• Present treatment packages, quotes, and relevant information professionally.
• Qualify patients based on treatment intent, financial readiness, and timeline.
• Follow up with booked patients to ensure they are prepared and ready to travel.
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the entire sales funnel.
• Work closely with Team Leaders to ensure booking quality and attendance.
• Contribute to sales targets, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
