Denken Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced Demand Generation leader to own end-to-end marketing pipeline for U.S. fintech clients, from a 100% remote role based anywhere in Mexico.

The role requires building and scaling programs targeting RIAs, financial advisors, and wealth management firms. You will develop ABM strategies, manage paid media on LinkedIn and Google, and collaborate closely with Sales to define lead qualification criteria and SLAs.

Formación

• 5+ years in B2B fintech marketing for US clients.
• Proven ability to generate marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue.
• Experience running ABM programs for high-value accounts.
• Proficient in paid campaigns and campaign analytics.
• Led a team and managed agency KPIs.
• Long tenures across roles (18+ months).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a B2B demand generation strategy focused on generating qualified pipeline from U.S. wealth-management firms.
• Partner with Sales to define MQL/SQL criteria and alignment thresholds.
• Build ABM programs around high-value wealth-management accounts.
• Manage paid acquisition via LinkedIn, Google, and industry media.
• Plan and execute field marketing, webinars, and events to drive opportunities.
• Measure ROI and optimize campaigns based on cost per qualified lead, meeting, demo, or opportunity.
• Create post-event campaigns to convert attendees into opportunities.
• Coach and lead the marketing team and manage agency relationships.
