Job summary

Bloom Digitals is seeking a part-time, fully remote UX analytics specialist to guide FullStory onboarding for clients and deliver live training. You will analyze CX data, share best practices, and ensure onboarding stays on schedule across international clients.

The role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of digital marketing, and UX best practices, with excellent communication in a fast-paced, remote environment. Join a nearshore, bilingual team delivering global projects.

Qualifications

4-year degree in HCI/UX or related.
+2 years with FullStory.
+5 years web analytics experience.
1+ year in digital UX (web design or research).
Extensive FullStory platform experience.
Strong analytical, data-driven.
Understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce.
Detail-oriented and well-organized.
Knowledge of web design/UX best practices.
Effective communication; fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Guide Fullstory onboarding customers from kickoff to final training.
Coach on installation, answer questions, share best practices, live instructor training.
Schedule and keep onboarding on track with client timelines.
CX insights/data analysis with guidance from management.
Review Fullstory features and seek training as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends, AI in analytics, and related topics.
Manage tasks to completion with efficiency.
Prepare and review client meeting materials; document training notes clearly.
