Visa Hunt is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to manage the full cycle for about 40 client accounts. You will prepare financial reports for multiple properties and code charges, reconciling invoices while maintaining ledgers for clients, tenants, and vendors.

The role requires strong communication skills to clearly convey financial information to property owners, tenants, vendors, and employees, with a focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience.
• Strong AP/AR experience.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and AppFolio.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full bookkeeping cycle for ~40 client accounts.
• Prepare financial reports for multiple properties.
• Code charges, reconcile invoices, and maintain client, tenant, and vendor ledgers.
• Support reporting, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Communicate financial information clearly to property owners, tenants, vendors, and employees.
