Howard Financial is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with a strong background in Vacation Rental accounting. You will manage daily transactions, perform reconciliations, and prepare regular financial reports to support leadership.
This remote, independent contractor role offers flexible hours aligned with EST business hours (9 AM–5 PM) and the opportunity to collaborate with a global team. Fluency in English and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
Formación
- 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in short-term rentals.
- Strong knowledge of hotel accounting and daily financial operations.
- Skilled in SAGE, QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting tools; familiarity with Bill.com or Ramp is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Able to communicate effectively with clients and management in English.
