Directive Consulting is a leading B2B performance marketing agency focused on driving revenue and scalable pipelines across SaaS and B2B industries. The Controller will own the accounting function end to end, leading month-end close, revenue recognition, reconciliations, billing, AP/AR, payroll, and multi-country compliance.

We emphasize hands-on execution, strong internal controls, and the ability to work across US, Canada, Mexico, and the UK.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of accounting experience.
• Hands-on month-end close ownership under GAAP, including revenue recognition for service businesses.
• Strong modeling skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience in professional services, agencies, or SaaS.
• Familiarity with NetSuite and time-tracking tools like Harvest is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency both written and verbal required.

Responsabilidades

• Own the month-end close: revenue recognition, accruals, prepaids, reconciliations, and a close calendar.
• Manage recurring, project, and variable revenue including mid-month starts, churn, offering swaps, and prorations.
• Oversee AP, AR, payroll entries, and multi-country compliance (US, Canada, Mexico, UK).
• Maintain clean, audit-ready books with strong internal controls and reconciliations.
• Oversee billing accuracy and collections in partnership with account teams.
