Jeeves is expanding its go-to-market organization and is adding contract recruiting capacity to support growth. This is a hands-on role for an experienced recruiter who can take ownership of live requisitions immediately and begin delivering pipeline from the first week.

You will work in close partnership with our GTM recruiter and sales leadership across multiple markets, focusing on execution and throughput while leveraging established processes, tools, and hiring panels.

Competenze

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across GTM roles.
• Fluent in English; Spanish fluency is required.
• Based in Mexico with ability to work remotely.
• Experience with contract or agency recruiting is preferred.
• Hands-on with an ATS; Lever is a plus; familiarity with AI tools in recruiting is expected.

Mansioni

• Own full-cycle recruiting across go-to-market requisitions (SDR to Sales Manager, revenue ops, partnerships).
• Develop outbound sourcing strategies; engage passive candidates.
• Partner with sales leadership on role calibration and compensation positioning.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in Lever for clear visibility.
• Provide a consistent candidate experience with timely communication.
