Job summary

Roof Technologies, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Estimator to support roofing and exterior construction projects across the United States. The role will start remote, with a transition to full-time on-site at the Monterrey corporate office as operations expand.

You will analyze estimates, ensure accuracy, and collaborate with U.S.-based project teams while learning our specialized U.S. roofing insurance supplementation procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional construction estimating experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specs.
• Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
• English proficiency for reviewing U.S. docs and operations comms.
• Located in or near Monterrey, Nuevo León.

Responsibilities

• Review construction estimates, scopes of work, and project docs.
• Analyze roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior costs.
• Identify missing materials, labor, and costs.
• Prepare detailed estimates and supplemental docs.
• Review insurance estimates for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with U.S.-based project managers.
• Maintain estimating records and supporting docs.
• Learn and apply Roof Technologies' procedures.
• Support timely project completion and cost recovery.
