CobaltoTalent is seeking a Construction Estimator / Project Coordinator to work remotely from Mexico for US-based general contractors and subs. Use takeoffs, supplier bids, and bid packages to support project teams.

You will coordinate submittals, RFIs and change orders, keep schedules and ensure documentation is up to date. A relevant degree and 3+ years' experience are required, with strong Excel and English skills.

Qualificações

• Degree in civil engineering, architecture or construction management.
• 3+ years in estimating or project coordination.
• Comfortable reading architectural and structural drawings and specifications.
• Intermediate-to-advanced English (B2+), especially written, for RFIs and supplier emails.
• Advanced Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Perform quantity takeoffs from PDF drawings and specifications.
• Build cost estimates using the client's labor rates, material pricing and subcontractor quotes.
• Request and compare supplier and subcontractor bids; level them for the estimator or owner.
• Track bid invitations and deadlines; prepare bid packages and proposals.
• Prepare and track submittals, RFIs and change orders.
• Keep the project schedule, meeting minutes and document log current.
• Coordinate material orders and deliveries with suppliers.
• Support pay applications and lien waivers with the accounting team.
