CobaltoTalent is seeking a Construction Estimator / Project Coordinator to join our remote team serving US projects from Mexico. You will perform quantity takeoffs, build cost estimates, and coordinate submittals, RFIs, changes, and schedules.

Fluency in English and advanced Excel are required. Ideal candidates hold a civil engineering, architecture, or construction management degree and have 3+ years in estimation or project coordination.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture or construction management.
• 3+ years in estimating or project coordination.
• Comfort reading architectural/structural drawings and specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Perform quantity takeoffs from PDF drawings and specs.
• Build cost estimates using labor rates, material pricing and subcontractor quotes.
• Request and compare supplier/subcontractor bids; level them for estimator/owner.
• Track bid invitations, deadlines; prepare bid packages and proposals.
• Prepare and track submittals, RFIs and change orders.
• Keep project schedule, meeting minutes and document log current.
• Coordinate material orders and deliveries with suppliers.
