Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Construction Accountant to support commercial electrical estimation and project accounting across multiple states. You will specialize in estimation take-offs and administrative duties while collaborating with project managers and field operations.

The role requires hands-on Foundation ERP experience and strong Excel skills to manage invoices, costs, and reporting. This is a 100% remote position with US business hours and a high ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with commercial electrical estimation and take-offs.
• Experience with Foundation ERP is mandatory.
• Strong coordination with project managers and estimators.
• Ability to manage administrative tasks across multiple active projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial electrical quantity take-offs from drawings and specs.
• Prepare and organize bid packages for commercial electrical projects.
• Review plans to identify scope, labor, and cost inputs for estimates.
• Maintain organized estimate files, bid logs, and documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure bids are accurate and timely.
• Assist with post-bid analysis and follow-up.
