Covidence is a non-profit platform that helps researchers streamline evidence synthesis and systematic reviews. This is a customer-facing role supporting a global user community, with remote work and travel as needed.

You will design training, answer technical questions, and translate user feedback into product insights, helping teams produce better evidence faster while maintaining smooth workflows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience of evidence synthesis and systematic review process.
• Experience teaching, training or supervising.
• Ability to explain complex ideas clearly, in writing and in person.

Responsibilities

• Solve technical questions from review teams.
• Design and deliver training to build research capability.
• Turn user feedback into product insight.
• Create and improve support content including knowledge base articles and chatbot.
• Get early access to new features and help researchers use them well.
• Track and report on support, training and webinar performance.
