Qualifications

• Proven experience in collections and accounts receivable.
• Experience with high-volume outbound calling.

Responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to overdue accounts.
• Follow up via phone and email until payment is received or resolved.
• Navigate gatekeepers to reach payments decision-makers.
• Negotiate payment commitments and handle objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation.
• Provide timely updates on payment status and resolution.
