Elevate and Delegate is seeking a remote Collections Specialist to manage outbound collections, verify account details, and support payment processes for U.S. customers.

The role emphasizes professionalism, strong English communication, and the ability to work within Eastern Time business hours. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in collections or AR, experience with NetSuite or similar systems, and a proactive, organized approach to high-volume tasks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, billing, or phone-based B2B customer service.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal communication and a neutral, professional American accent.
• Strong written English skills for clear, concise emails and messages.
• Experience with NetSuite, ERP, CRM, or similar systems is a plus.
• Ability to quickly learn new software and workflows.
• Experience in restaurant, franchise, or QSR industry is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Outbound collections: contact customers by phone, email, and text to collect past-due balances; secure payment or firm commitment; track promises to pay and follow up until resolved.
• Collections task management: process automated collections tasks daily; complete reminders and escalations; keep tasks current and properly closed.
• Contact verification & account maintenance: verify/update billing contacts, ensure invoices reach the right contact; research and clean up accounts; coordinate with Accounting.
• Payment support & issue resolution: assist customers with online payments; resend invoices; document payments; route disputes and payment plans to appropriate team members.
• Documentation & reporting: maintain detailed records in NetSuite; provide weekly reports; perform other collections-related duties.
• General requirements: quiet home workspace; reliable equipment; ability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time.
