Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions invites applications for a Clinical Trial Associate to support the design and execution of clinical studies from a sponsor-dedicated model. This role focuses on day-to-day study activities, regulatory readiness, and collaboration with study teams and CROs.

The ideal candidate has a scientific or healthcare background, 1–2 years in pharma/CRO, and exposure to Phase 2/3 studies, with strong English communication and risk management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field or equivalent international degree required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry, CRO, or related role.
• Experience in Phase 2 and 3 studies and global/international studies is advantageous.
• Experience across multiple therapeutic areas including oncology is advantageous.
• Knowledge of global/regional regulatory and compliance requirements for clinical research.
• Demonstrated excellence in task management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent business English (oral and written).
• Ability to travel approximately 10%.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for day-to-day clinical study activities, including regulatory inspection readiness under supervision of the FSP Manager.
• Collaborate with study teams and CROs to support clinical study activities.
• Perform departmental tasks as needed.
• Review study documentation including essential document packets and study plans.
• Support risk-based monitoring and regulatory readiness.
• Attend key team meetings and contribute to meeting minutes.
• Support systems (CTMS/TMF) and vendor contract activities for selected studies.
