Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a SMA I to support clinical trial site management remotely. You will assist site monitoring, ensure compliance with study protocols, and help maintain high operational efficiency. This role offers collaboration with global teams and opportunities to contribute to meaningful patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a life sciences or clinical research background, with strong organization and communication skills, and a willingness to travel about 25% as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare administration, or clinical research.
• Some experience in clinical research, site management, or related roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical research work to a high standard with the team and stakeholders.
• Assist in monitoring clinical trial sites ensuring adherence to study protocols and GCP.
• Support site management activities including documentation, data entry and tracking metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address site-related issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities and contribute to monitoring reports.
• Participate in training and development to enhance clinical trial management knowledge.
