Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in clinical research or healthcare administration.
Experience in study support or clinical trial coordination with understanding of clinical research processes.
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Providing administrative support to study teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing study documentation, and maintaining study files.
Assisting with the coordination of study logistics, including site management, patient recruitment, and regulatory submissions.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that all study-related tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Monitoring study progress and reporting on key metrics to support decision-making and process improvements.
Training and mentoring junior staff, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development within the team.
