ICON Strategic Solutions in Mexico is seeking a Study Start Up Associate I to help initiate clinical trials, ensuring regulatory compliance and advancing innovative therapies for patients worldwide.

You will deliver site start-up and activation work with stakeholders, assist in regulatory submissions, and maintain detailed records while supporting study teams across documents and timelines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• Experience in clinical research or regulatory affairs preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 5%.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver site start-up and activation work to a high standard.
• Assist in preparation and submission of regulatory documents (e.g., CTAs and ethics submissions).
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for approvals and study initiation.
• Maintain accurate records of regulatory submissions and approvals.
• Support study teams in developing study documents (protocols, informed consent forms, investigator brochures).
• Participate in start-up meetings and advise on regulatory timelines.
