Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Project Manager, Laboratory in Mexico. The role focuses on coordinating project and programme delivery for clinical trials, interpreting complex data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative therapies.

You will manage 10–15 studies, ensure sponsor satisfaction, attend sponsor meetings, and provide ICOLAB support while maintaining regulatory compliance and high-quality study documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or relevant field required.
• Experience leading project delivery in laboratory or clinical research settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for sponsor meetings.
• Ability to manage multiple studies concurrently while meeting regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project and programme management delivery for trials.
• Resolve issues and develop team capability.
• Act as main sponsor contact for ICON services and study progress updates.
• Attend sponsor meetings and represent ICON at key events.
• Provide ICOLAB support to sponsor personnel.
